Terms of Service

These terms of service apply to all engagements between R. Amalathas, operating under the trade name Nir, sole trader (SIREN: 909 045 593), hereinafter "the Provider", and any professional or individual client, hereinafter "the Client".

Article 1 – Services

Web development (Web App & SaaS), AI automation, and mobile application development. Each engagement is preceded by a detailed written quote.

Article 2 – Quote and order

Quotes are free of charge and valid for 30 days from their issue date. Acceptance of the quote by the Client constitutes a firm order and acceptance of these terms.

Article 3 – Pricing and invoicing

Prices are quoted in euros, exclusive of tax. VAT not applicable under French tax law (art. 293 B CGI). Billing follows the model defined in the accepted quote (time-based, fixed price, or hybrid).

Article 4 – Payment terms

Payment conditions (deposit, milestones, balance) are defined in the accepted quote. Late payment will incur statutory interest penalties and a fixed recovery fee of €40 (French Commercial Code, art. D. 441-5).

Article 5 – Intellectual property

Deliverables are transferred to the Client upon receipt of full payment. The Provider reserves the right to reference the work as a portfolio item unless otherwise agreed.

Article 6 – Confidentiality

The Provider undertakes not to disclose confidential information shared by the Client during the engagement. A specific NDA can be established upon request.

Article 7 – Liability

The Provider's liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the engagement in question.

Article 8 – Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court.
